1. Preparation before sending your game idea

The prototype has to be tested by several groups at least 3 to 5 times before sending it to White Castle.

Please avoid to test the games only with your family and friends! They will not give you an objective opinion!

Visit our publisher partner's websites (www.hasbro.com; www.hasbro.de) to verify if your game idea fits into the relevant publisher's program.

b. Please add following items to your package:

• a photo of the already built up game including the game plan and the box
• the game's instruction with illustrations of the game's progression (no handwriting)
• a bill of material
• details about the time the game lasts and the target group
• test reports from the test groups

c. Don't forget:

Please note following information on the front side of the box, so we can contact you in case of inquiries:

• name of the game
• name of the designer
• your address
• your phone number and e-mail address

 

All single parts like the game plan, the instruction, etc. have to be marked clearly with the game's and the designer's names, too.

2. Sending a game idea

Attention: If you write out a proforma invoice for the solicited parcel, take care that the value of goods is lower than 1 Euro or else we will have to charge you with the customs taxes.

3. Payment of charges

The sending of the game idea has to be carried out at the same time as the transfer of the contribution fees of the examination.

Do not forget to mark the sender's name and the game's title.
